As JK Property Agents, Jacqui and Kasia make a brilliant team.

As a tenant, most of my dealings have been with Jacqui, and over the three years of my tenancy no matter how busy she must be, or what time of day, Jacqui has always been available when needed, and ensures that any actual problems which arise within the Unit itself are dealt with promptly and efficiently.

From what I have observed Jacqui and Kasia seem to go out of their way to be the best agents for their clients as possible, while managing to treat the tenants with fairness as well. Not always and easy task!

In my opinion, you would have to search very hard to find a more professional or approachable team than JK Property Agents.

We highly recommend the team at JK Property Agents. Kasia manages our investment property in Upper Coomera and she went above and beyond in preparing our property for the market to re-let. The property required a fair bit of work in preparation for a tenant and Kasia managed the entire process effortlessly, from arranging quotes to bond cleaning and photography. We received regular updates on all maintenance, open homes and during the application/approval process.
